Gah!

I hate when I get in a creative slump. All my work sucks and I lack inspiration. I WANT to design but nothing great happens, except maybe a lot of time getting wasted. I should use this time to practice new techniques or try different mediums and stuff, but instead I just stare at other people's great work and think about how I can't come up with anything great.

I've even slowed down taking work from clients because I feel like everything I've been producing lately is CRAP. But um.... not working means my bills won't get paid..since design is one of my sources of income... so I can't do this for long!!

I have got to get out of this slump, and quick....


While I've been in a slump I have cleaned my macbook and put everything on an external, I've installed a second hard drive in my PC. I've begun organizing my 20,000+ font collection (trying to get rid of duplicates and get them into categories) and next i want to begin organizing everyone I watch on DA into categories.

I have to think of more semi-productive things to do while I am being unproductive. lol. I'll probably wander off and bake brownies or something. lol..

*sigh*
